What we care for
National Recognition, Measurable Grassroots Transformation
From an unmanaged rural waste crisis to a nationally recognized circular economy model, Clean For Green Foundation has demonstrated that community-led action drives lasting systemic change. Conferred the prestigious “Change Makers Award” by the Centre for Science and Environment (CSE), New Delhi, during the Swachh Bharat Mission 2.0 initiative—in the presence of Ms. Roopa Mishra (IAS) and Ms. Sunita Narain—our decentralized, women-led model stands as a proven blueprint for sustainable rural development across India.
Validating "Waste to Wealth": Certified by BCKV, Kalyani
We closed the loop between municipal waste and agricultural revitalization. Our decentralized processing facilities convert 100% source-segregated biodegradable waste into SOIL SATHI—an organic fertilizer rigorously tested and certified by Bidhan Chandra Krishi Viswavidyalaya (BCKV), Kalyani. This milestone proves that rural bio-waste can directly replace chemical inputs and restore exhausted farm soils.
100% Source Segregation Built on Community Ownership
While conventional waste projects struggle with compliance, our Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model made waste management a shared civic responsibility. Driven by intensive Behavior Change Communication (BCC) and school campaigns, our pilot zones achieved 100% household-level source segregation, eliminating open dumps without relying on expensive, unsustainable machinery.
